This hands-on cooking class will elevate your bread-making with an in-depth look at the art of the loaf. Learn about the effects of yeast and proofing on the flavor and texture of your dough as you prepare classic white bread. You’ll work with different types of flour and flavorful add-ins to practice customizing your loaves.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
